In the case of TABLE SERVICE with waiter, each table is distinguished by a specific QR Code, which is different for each station. The customer scans it with his smartphone, accesses the menu and forwards the order, which arrives immediately (on screen and/or printed) to the different production departments (e.g. bar and kitchen).

WITHOUT TABLE SERVICE, on the other hand, the managers choose the “skip the line” function with collection at the designated points, but always with the option of advance payment. In this case the QR Code will be the same for everyone. Once the order is ready, the customer receives a push message inviting him to pick it up: a modern method that replaces the old pager disk pagers.
